Job Opportunity:

The Business Development Specialist role at Port of Newcastle focuses on enhancing customer engagements, managing accounts, and identifying growth opportunities. This position plays a key role in strategic initiatives such as market intelligence development and value proposition creation across various trade sectors handled by PON.

Key to building and strengthening trade relationships, this role demands proactive communication and influence skills.

What We Expect:

Essential requirements for this role include tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a relevant field. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are crucial for developing customer proposals. The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines is a must. Thriving in a high-pressure environment with a keen eye for detail is also essential.
