We are currently seeking a **Head of Community and Workforce Experience Leader**, to provide direction, inspiration, content, and guidance to the Workplace teams in relation to workplace design, strategy, products, concepts, and services.

This is an excellent opportunity for a leader who is on the leading edge of Workplace Experience.

**Key tasks include**:

- Inspire our customers with workplace ideas and strategies that will position ISS as a workplace strategic partner.
- Formulate workplace strategies for the customer that fulfil our contract obligations whilst linking those strategies and performance to our customers’ business outcomes.
- Develop comprehensive business plans that enhance employee engagement, increase productivity, reduce cost, mitigate risk, and create value for our client.
- Provide workplace analytics to demonstrate success of workplace experience.
- Identify potential contract growth in relation to workplace services.
- Maintain an engaged workplace community across the account and managing appropriate staffing levels and strategic placements for core workplace roles.
- Deploy the best technology and innovations as directed by ISS Global Workplace Team
- Utilise interpersonal, communication, and storytelling skills to lead, influence, and encourage others.
- Advocates sound financial/business decision-making - demonstrates honesty/integrity.
- Project manage initiatives and workplace strategies proactively and reactively.
- Champion ISS as a Workplace service provider; strategy, design & build and change management.
- Work closely with other Workplace Leads across the Banking Sector to share best practices.
- Delivery of key deliverables, customer KPIs and services in scope of contract
- Deploy strategies, concepts and tools in contract and supporting and engaging with and workplace senior client facing and placemaking teams.
- Ensure best practices are facilitated and operated on site.

**Minimum Criteria**:

- A manager with more than 7-10 years’ experience of managing workplace experience in contracts, large teams or complex projects and functions.
- Essential experience in facilities management, workplace strategy or experience management
- Desirable experience and passion for service in the service industry
- Able to manage conflict and liaise with senior stakeholders and customers.
- Financial acumen and commercial understanding of contracts
- A natural communicator who can engage and nurture relationships.
- Ability to manage and execute projects.
- Able to operationalise concepts into strategies and improvement plans that align to customers’ purpose and key priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite
