**About the role and team**

Our Corporate Secretariat Department is a critical support function of the Bendigo and Adelaide Bank group. Our highly capable team of passionate professionals is responsible for a range of administrative, governance, compliance and support functions (including our joint venture and alliance partners). Our tight knit but geographically dispersed team strive for excellence, support each other, and learn together in a fun and fast-paced environment.

We have a permanent, part-time opportunity for a Board Coordinator in the team, reporting directly to the Company Secretary with a dotted line to the Board. You will provide administrative and operational support to the members of the Board and to the Company Secretary.

You will also work closely with other internal teams including Internal Communications and Events teams, Corporate Affairs, Accounts Payable, Procurement, other Team and Executive Assistants.

**About you**

As a Board Coordinator you’ll get to:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Board by ensuring support is of a high standard
- Manage multiple calendars, book and organise meetings (including travel/accommodation when required)
- Coordinate information for various meetings and ensure minutes and support papers are distributed within a reasonable timeframe

To be successful in the role, you'll have:

- Demonstrated experience in an administration role (at Executive or Board level desired)
- Highly developed time management skills, constant attention to detail, including ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and multitask
- Works well in a team environment, displays a positive team attitude and willingness to help whenever possible
- Highly developed written and interpersonal communication skills
- Advanced PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
