- Create positive first impression and ensuring smooth operations in the workplace.
- Welcome visitors with warm and friendly demeanor
- Facilitate open communication, acting as liaison between employees, clients and vendors.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workplace, ensuring facilities are well maintained, clean and safe.
- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers for various services and supplies, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Managing office budget, making cost-effective decisions to optimize resources.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulation, inspects and implement measures to maintain safe work environment
- Maintain and check kitchen and office supplies. Order office supplies and other common use items for the site.
- Assist with administration and facilities duties as directed by the Account Manager or Facilities Manager
