We have an exciting opportunity to join a global company in their busy Sydney office in an administrative role where you will train as a Proposals Coordinator and support a project team.
This role is highly suited to an administrator who would love to work in that projects/construction type environment where you will assist with proposal and bid coordination. Exposure to working in proposals is highly regarded, however, we are open to an amazing administrator who has the right attitude and desire to learn.
This role is just the start as you are part of a large organisation who promote from within so if you are looking for a brilliant new role where you can continue to develop and grow your career - then it doesn’t get better than this
**Duties include but are not limited to**:
- Coordinate and develop proposal process including proposal documentation
- Database (CRM) management - enter opportunities won/lost/client contact details plus assign Project Managers and technical leads
- Set up templates for fee proposals
- Complete tender schedules
- Update QA items once submitted to client
- Prepare Capability Statements, CV write ups, etc
- Format, proofread and edit documents
- Coordinate with a variety of stake holders to gather relevant information
- Liaise with Graphic Designers/Printers as required
- Bonus if you have good writing skills
- Ad hoc administration duties
- A minimum 6-12 months administration experience, ideally in Construction/Engineering/Project type background however this is not essential
- Any experience with proposals/tenders highly regarded
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously but also as part of a team
- Advanced MSOffice and formatting sklls - particularly Word & PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and across everything with your finger on the pulse
