We want you to bring your creativity, agility and passion for learning design to consult with stakeholders to scope, design and build learning programmes, experiences and tools that equip our bankers with the knowledge, skills and behaviours they need. It’s a broad remit. The added challenge? Looking for opportunities to move learning into the flow of work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with key stakeholders to scope the desired business outcomes, and determine the most appropriate learning delivery method, assessment method and sequence of learning
- Make learning experiences available to learners through Learning Management Solution and/or Intranet
- Continually revise and update learning experiences to ensure regulatory compliance, process compliance and alignment of messaging to brand

**About you**
- You’re a problem solver, learner centric thinker and have a passion for designing and building engaging learning/communication solutions that are sustainable, repeatable and effective
- A strong understanding of customer focused workforces would help you hit the ground running **but is not essential for success if **you are innately curious, action oriented, have a high capacity for ambiguity, conduct effective discovery, and can easily synthesis and prioritise information to conceptualise a learning solution quickly
- You have a broad skillset in information design, curriculum design, learning design and content curation across multiple modes (learning paths, e-learn courses, classroom, digital classroom, on the job, assessment, on the job tools, leader guides and action learning)
- You have the technical skills to bring your ideas to life (SharePoint page design, Articulate Rise, Vyond video, Microsoft Office, Audio content creation)
- You have the confidence to work autonomously, raise roadblocks and identify potential solutions so we can support you to work through them
- You keep the learner experience and impact front of mind in everything you do
- You pride yourself on developing written and visual content that is on brand and of a high quality
