**About the Role**
Instructional design is your game, and innovation is your mindset. You’ll be working with the Capability Partner and Specialist and identifying the right learning artefact or on the job tool that delivers on the learners needs in their environment. Skills across video, e-learn, animation, document design, infographics and facilitation tools are a must. Your communication style is clear and simple and you have knack for making the complex, easy We like to shake, rattle and challenge the status quo here, so a love for new impactful ways to transfer knowledge is highly valued with the right balance of being pragmatic, efficient and valuing substance and style.

**About you** Key skills and experiences**
- Working with key stakeholders to scope the desired business outcomes, and determine the most appropriate learning delivery method, assessment method and sequence of learning
- Designing, curating and building learning experiences across all mediums and technologies across technical (compliance, process, system), leadership and customer engagement competencies
- You’re a problem solver, customer centric thinker and have a passion for designing and building engaging learning/communication solutions that are sustainable, repeatable and effective
- Advanced technical skills to bring your ideas to life (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond video, Microsoft Office, Audio content creation, Canva)
- Growth mindset
