Digital Project Leader

You are a seasoned leader with proven experience in leading and launching digital projects by working collaboratively with others and partnering with business functions to achieve this. With your ability to communicate effectively, you have strong stakeholder management skills to ensure the right people are informed at the right time, for the projects you lead. You are comfortable working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and empower project teams to lead their agenda whilst managing scope, risk, budgets and timelines for project success. Alongside your “can do” attitude, you embody an inherent enthusiasm and energy for all things digital which allows you to inspire and influence those around you to lean into the digital agenda.

**Your responsibilities**

As Digital Project Leader, you support function led digital product launches. As the Digital stakeholder, you plan, drive and deliver these launches in collaboration with functional leaders. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Explore and assess centrally developed digital products for country readiness and suitability.
- Secure prioritisation and set up projects for success through well-defined scope, objectives, and effective kick-offs.
- Assemble relevant cross-functional participants for digital projects you lead and ensure clear definitions of roles and responsibilities.
- Ensure work packages and technical dependencies are ready to execute for launch, working closely with Group Digital (Global).
- Inform Digital Portfolio & Deployment Leader of any risk, issues or challenges associated with digital projects.
- Resolve major incidents in flow or local limitations with capabilities with relevant Product teams.
- Track status and progress of projects by working with JIRA and communicate to affected stakeholders.
- Project reporting, keeping on top of milestones, measuring and following up project quality, performance and success.
- Partner within your function to continually optimise and improve ways of working for digital product launches.
- Document and transfer knowledge gained amongst your counterparts in other markets, collaborating at scale.
- Leading digital components of market expansion projects.
