We are seeking a highly influential leader and business partner to secure the co-worker communication agenda across the IKEA Australia business.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop, lead, and implement the country co-worker communication strategy in alignment with Ingka strategy.
  • Responsible for the development and delivery of the country Co-worker Communication agenda, content, and channels.
  • Develop creative and innovative ways to communicate with co-workers throughout the organisation.
  • Business partner for multiple stakeholders in the business with a key link to People & Culture to deliver key communication and drive engagement with the many co-workers.
  • Collaboratively work with internal and external stakeholders by engaging and responding to briefs related to their area of the business.
