Additional information:
• These roles are full time, 76 hours per/fortnight. 2x temporary contracts ending in November 2025, 1 role is for IKEA Australia & 1 role is for the New Zealand Project.
• The New Zealand Project role will include responsibilities of Service Fulfilment Operations Developer & Service Fulfilment Operations Specialist. Role title for New Zealand Project is Service Fulfilment Operations Developer.
• The work location this for the role is IKEA ​​Service Office Tempe.
• This role is open to hybrid working including a minimum of 3 days in Service Office Tempe.
• No relocation support will be provided.

About this work area

As Service Fulfilment Operations Developer your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Secure excellence in operations, quality and implementation of continuous improvement under the scope of Service Fulfilment on the market and wider home furnishing services capabilities, through the performance of the assigned service partner(s) in the market to exceed customer expectations, provide seamless shopping experience and a great quality in meeting with the customer.
• Drive and secure an operational partnership with external service partner(s) ensuring strong collaboration, optimal performance delivery and ensure excellent quality is prioritised and delivered when meeting the customer.
• Responsible for short, mid, and long-term capacities, resources and operational development of service partner(s).
• Ensure lowest possible cost per service for all operating models within the contractual framework to secure efficiency, through liaising and negotiating with service partner(s).
• Secure efficiency and implement improvements on the market in cooperation with relevant stakeholders throughout the organisation.
• Contribute with both knowledge and expertise to deliver optimal omnichannel development and tendering activities.
• Promote and stimulate entrepreneurial orientation within the assigned service partner(s) in the market to bring development and innovation ideas to Service Fulfilment and total IKEA in close cooperation with the Group Functions.

Responsibilities in addition to the above for the New Zealand role will include the following elements regarding the New Zealand Market:
• Responsible for creating performance reports to enable high performance in operations and an efficient distribution network. This links to different service fulfilment areas including capacity utilisation, delivery performance or shipment life cycle, which enable competitiveness of IKEA in a Omnichannel environment and support long-term growth and profitability.
• Responsible to secure excellence in operations and quality through securing system setup for services, monitoring and reporting and clear connected communication with service partners to exceed customer expectations, provide seamless shopping experience and a great quality in meeting with the customer in the New Zealand market.

• Equipped with strong collaboration and leadership skills to build relationships, influence and negotiate topics across the organisation and with external service partners(s) to deliver an excellent customer experience and optimal service fulfilment network.
