**About the job**

CoreStaff are seeking a Admin Assistant to join our client’s team. The role is to support the Contract Delivery Manager and ensure contract growth from the new and traditional service offerings and ensure contract terms and conditions are met.
- Our client is offering 38 hours a week with the opportunity to go full time.
- **Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to**:

- Develop content and help deliver client presentations
- Respond to contractual queries
- Develop contact management/retention plans
- Establish, develop, and maintain senior client level relationships
- Review and verify tender contact terms and conditions
- Assist with client contractual negotiations, amendments and more
- Undertake duties as directed by management within level, competence, and experience
- General administration tasks
- Contract KPI reporting
- Job cost tracking

**Minimum Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Previous experience liaising with client contracts
- Proven high attention to detail
- Cert III in business or contract management related field (highly regarded)
- SAP experience (highly regarded)
- Salesforce experience
- Basic to intermediate excel experience
