**Job Purpose**:
The purpose of the role is to manage student admin including reception, assist to deliver student events, and ensure facilities are maintained as per the standards required. This role will also be responsible for providing support to student support services and academic staff teams with day-to-day campus-based activities.

**Responsibilities**:
Administration
- Ensuring that the enrolment process for new student enrolments (NSEs) captures and updates all relevant student record details, such as current contact details, emergency contact details, proof of passport & student visa and health insurance; and ensures that students who do not arrive on campus by the closing date are cancelled against established procedures. Ensure Study Global and Banner (CSU student system) are updated accordingly.
- Ensuring that the enrolment process for continuing student enrolments occurs in line with DSA timelines and procedures and that Banner and Study Global are updated accordingly.
- Ensuring that student requests to transfer courses are processed on-campus through the CSU Course Transfer Policy
- The accuracy of all student details on the PRISMS database and that students who do not arrive / re-enrol or who are terminated by CSU via the Intention to Report (ITR) process are terminated on the system; that any approved course transfer details re-updated; and that CoEs issued for course extensions meet requirements.
- Ensure timely execution of COE Management processes
- Ensure delivery of all student administration and compliance activities as directed
- Support National Registrar Manager in training and coaching administration staff.

- Student Experience and Events
- Assist to deliver the annual calendar for events, career and welfare services and use creativity to improve upon the services offered
- Assist with the effective delivery of student events by providing support to the Student Experience Manager.
- Assist to build a vibrant student life and community on campus to increase student satisfaction, well-being and engagement with the university.
- Assist with the student activities and SSAF budgets for the campus.
- Assist with the efficient and effective organisation and running of the orientations for each intake throughout the year, and actively participate.
- Contribute to the organisation of the graduation ceremonies and gala events
- Assist in the management of digital communications between students and events and careers services.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure that all services meet the goals of the business and students
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key messaging required to promote all services
- Arrange review and signoff by the appropriate stakeholders for careers and events services
- Assist with reporting for key stakeholders
- Assist with document preparations, digital communications, and other administrative tasks required by student engagement projects including SSAF reporting, Handbook, and workshops content.
- Maintain social media to create an online community informing students of campus activities, celebrating success stories and promoting career and social program activities.

Campus Facilities Management
- Ensure that cleaning services provided by third-party contractors are executed against service agreement requirements; that campus is clean throughout the day, and report feedback to the contractors as required.
- Ensure your Study Centre has consistent approaches to WHS management, including documented workplace inspections with prompt rectification of issues; that campus WHS committees are appropriately constituted and meet as required; that fire training and campus evacuation drills occur as needed; and that registers of Fire Wardens and First Aid Officers are maintained.
- Act as a First aid officer and Fire warden.
- Ensure the campus facilities are maintained to appropriate standards with recourse to external personnel (trades, electrical etc) as needed.

Compliance
- Study Centres fall under the partner university Compliance policies.
- The holder of this position is required to adhere to all applicable partner university policies relating to the delivery of programs and management of university students at the Study Centres.
- The holder of this position is required to have a detailed and working knowledge of the applicable higher education regulations and legislation (e.g. National Code 2018, ESOS Act, TEQSA Threshold Standards, etc.) relating to their business unit.
