Take Two provides a range of therapeutic services for infants, children and young people who have suffered trauma, neglect, disrupted attachment and family violence and contributes to the service system that provides care, support and protection for these children. One of these services is the Intensive Therapeutic Service, a Victoria-wide service funded by the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing, managed by Berry Street.
- ** 3 days a week, permanent role on Wurundjeri Country**:
- **$74K pro rata plus super and salary packaging**
The Business Support Officer will support the smooth operation of the Communications and Business Operations team, the Take Two leadership team and clinicians.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide business, administrative, finance and communications support to the Take Two program as directed.
- Support processing of referrals to Take Two and creation of electronic client files.
- Conduct activities such data entry, database management, invoice processing, document formatting and general administrative tasks.
- Support the growth of Take Two services and programs.

You are skilled at delivering exceptional business operations and administrative support, ensuring tasks are handled efficiently and to a high standard. Collaboration is at the core of your work ethic, you listen carefully to others and value diverse opinions.
Your experience with databases and different systems highlights your ability to maintain accurate and confidential information. Additionally, you excel at building and nurturing strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
