Business Traineeship

As a Business Trainee, you will be provided with comprehensive training and support to excel in the role. You will work in the stock control and admin team, learning many facets of dealership Stock Control for both New & Used Cars whilst gaining a certificate III in Business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Accounts Payable full function: You will be responsible for tasks such as data entry, processing payments, and reconciling creditor accounts.
- Deal Costing and Processing: Assist in analyzing costs and processing related to business deals.
- Various associated inventory reconciliations: Ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory records through reconciliations.
- Banking and AR support: Provide support in banking activities and managing accounts receivable.
- Reception support: During lunch breaks, offer reception support by handling phone calls, greeting visitors, and other related tasks.
- Other administrative tasks as required: Assist with additional administrative duties as needed.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- A mature personality with a strong work ethic.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
