About the Role

This position supports the Coordinator of Payments and Refunds with the execution of the Institute's student refund processes and Tuition Payment Plans. The successful candidate will provide strong customer service support to internal and external stakeholders to help understand, apply and resolve issues relating to Administration of Student Enrolment Fees and Charges Policy/Guidelines framework and associated processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure student and Institute compliance with Administration of Student Enrolment Fees and Charges Policy/Guidelines and related procedures.
  • Support with Debit Success third party Account Management including client liaison and advise.
  • Action the refund application process ensuring all data is recorded accurately in the Student Management System.
  • Be a contact point for all stakeholders in relation to refund application processing and Tuition Payment Plans and case manage accordingly.
  • Assess applications and determine responses to appropriately to mitigate risks.
  • Provide general administrative services to the Coordinator of Payments and Refunds.
Requirements
  • A relevant tertiary qualification and/or experience in an education environment.
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with key relationships.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies or systems.
  • Proven experience in data entry and excellent attention to detail.
