Right now, we’re seeking a Claims Support who will play their part in this shared purpose. Who’ll bring their authentic selves to work, demonstrate compassion and care, and collaborate in a team to improve the everyday — for Victorians, our colleagues and our partners.

**About the role**

This role will work closely with the Claims teams to provide accurate and efficient administrative assistance to ensure the delivery of services and decisions in a timely manner in conjunction with the Service Charter. An important aspect of this role involves exercising judgement, being proactive and flexible in managing various claims related tasks to reduce the administrative burden on the Claims teams.

**About the Team**

The Claims Support role sits within the Clients Division, which has a focus on providing efficient, just and cost-effective injury recovery and independence outcomes for those injured on in transport accidents. Reporting into the Team Manager, you will work alongside a supportive team of other Claims Support administrators.

**What we’re looking for**

**Administration experience**
- Manage the teams administrative claims work in a timely and efficient manner
- Support the claims managers with their administrative work
- Perform a range of administrative tasks associated with managing a claim
- Utilise a claims management system and other systems to enable effective sourcing and accurate storing of confidential information

**Positive team player**
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and take a proactive approach to all tasks and requests
- Take pride in your work and always looking for ways to improve and grow
- Have excellent prioritisation skills and have demonstrated experience meeting targets, deadlines and set service expectations
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the Claims Support function
