**The Role**
Join our cult-followed women’s Australian Designer client as their People & Culture Coordinator, based out of their sunny Brisbane office. Our client is proudly owned, run and led by women and fosters a bold and empowered team culture.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Head of People & Culture to organise, coordinate and promote all culture calendar activations and bring them to lige.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives such as kitchen birthday celebrations, activity planning, cultural events or recognition activities
- Advocate for and support in delivering diversity initiatives and programs
- Gather employee feedback and suggestions to improve workplace culture and enhance future initiatives
- Assist in onboarding new starters into the business by communicating, orgaising and driving the orientation process
- Manage the internal internship program and communication
- Embody the brand’s values & culture and be a visible brand ambassador by leading by example.
- Encourage adherence to all company policies and procedures

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field OR currently undertaking studies in a related field.
- Previous experience in a HR/P&C/L&D or TA based role.
- Impeccable communication skillset, with an approachable and kind demeanor
- Highly organised with the ability to be agile and work with pace
- Previous experience in coordinating employee engagement initiatives.
