We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team at William Adams. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a highly respected organisation and industry leader.
As a key member of our People, Safety & Culture (PS&C) function, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of various processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for all People & Culture enquiries;
- Maintaining employee paperwork, exit interviews, and other HR processes with precision;
- Coordinating our company-wide work experience program to foster growth and development;
- Supporting the broader PS&C team in their administrative tasks;
- Processing invoices and preparing communications for weekly business updates.
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work. Your ability to engage well with all levels, display empathy, and maintain confidentiality will be essential.
With some experience in a similar role and a formal HR qualification, you will have the skills and knowledge to excel in this position. We also expect you to have advanced Microsoft Office skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
