**What You Will Be Doing**

The Administration Assistant reports to the Clinical Director of Medicine and is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative services to ensure effective management of the department as well as supporting staff within the department overall. This is a busy role requiring proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel at an intermediate to advanced level as well as effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

**What You Need**

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Clinical Director, Medicine

Services and work with the team of administration support staff within the
department
- Ensure the daily running of the department is maintained
- Assist with development and dissemination of rosters for junior medical staff
- Collect and process timesheets for all junior medical staff

We anticipate you will have:

- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work efficiently with mínimal supervision and make decisions using

initiative and judgement

advanced skills in Excel and strong skills in Outlook and Teams
- Previous experience with staff rostering
