**EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION COORDINATOR**

FULL-TIME - CROWN MELBOURNE

The role will have a specific focus supporting the Group Employee Recognition Manager in managing the Crown Employee Recognition Program at a specific site. This includes program administration, event coordination, as well as assisting with program communications and promotion.

**Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to**:

- Maintain program processes and templates e.g. collation of quarterly award nominations, editing of nominations as required, distribution of award letters/certificates/Crown gift cards.
- Organise logistics of relevant quarterly panel meetings to select award winners e.g., meeting invites, collation of nominations and compilation of quarterly reports and circulation to Peer Review Panel members, chairing of judging meeting.
- Provide recognition advice to P&C Team and Business Unit senior leaders, including interpretation of any aspects of policy and guidelines.
- Manage calendar of events at relevant site including issuing and management of attendee lists and invitation process for quarterly celebration lunches, biannual service milestone dinners and annual gala event at relevant site.
- Assist with managing recognition team mailbox to answer employee questions, respond to feedback, provide information, issue event invitations and distribute announcements.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external clients and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with and adherence to all relevant legislation and policies and procedures in relation to Responsible Service of Gaming (including training), and the Responsible Gambling Code of Conduct.

**The following criteria will be considered when reviewing applicants**:

- Evident HR Administrator/Recognition/Corporate Affairs Coordinator role experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to plan and meet deadlines.
- Ability to build and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good team player with proven ability to collaborate with others to achieve goals.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
