About the position

The Manager, Employee Experience will lead a two-year project across RMIT to optimise the employee experience
- attraction, recruitment and selection
- onboarding
- capability and career development
- performance management
- recognition and reward
- progression, mobility and promotions, and
- separation and exits.

To be successful in this position, we’ll ask you to demonstrate:

- Experience in an organisational development consulting role within a complex environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including experience in consultation, coaching, group facilitation and presenting to leadership groups with a proven ability to influence, establish credibility and appropriately challenge across all leadership levels.
- Proven ability to be agile, customer focused and build collaborative partnerships with all levels of leadership and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills and proven ability to use data to inform OD & LD initiatives
- Well-developed project management, research and analytical skills
- A love of facilitation, human centred design, creative thinking and respectful dissent to deliver quality OD consultancy and solutions.
- Experience in employee/ customer journey mapping and process improvements.
