**The Role**:
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will have the opportunity to assist the businesses HR activities and contribute to its continued growth.

**You will be responsible for but not limited to the following;**
- Provide a people focused, HR service to all employees
- Ensure all department activities comply with companies' compliance and safety regulations
- Prepare employee correspondence, statements, Company updates and distribute accordingly
- Assisting the talent team with position descriptions, letters of employment, employee inductions, onboarding and employee exit interviews
- Coordinate wellbeing, recognition programs and events
- Provide general assistance to the Head of HR

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a HR Coordination or Administration role
- People focused; Can-do, will-do attitude
- Solutions oriented; outcome driven
- Innovative and creative in your thinking
- Customer focused

- Flexibility to work from home 2 day per week
