This role sits within the facilities team this is best suited to an experienced Office Manager, Facilities Coordinator or Concierge or like experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and deliver high-quality administrative support and services for research and teaching environments
- Manage the faculty's requirements and initiatives for improved utilization of property - Organise access cards, equipment etc
- Coordinate office refurbishments working with contractors, suppliers and other relevant stakeholders
- Enhance the overall experience for staff, students, and visitors using faculty spaces
- Oversee facility requirements such as consumables, relocations, cleaning, security access, etc.
- Assist with post-completion duties of building projects, including access control and defect management
- Support minor building projects, liaising with stakeholders and project delivery teams
- Coordinate general maintenance
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards

**About you**
- Experience supporting infrastructure development and maintenance
- Office manager, Facilities coordinator or Concierge experience highly desirable
- Must be able to be in office 5 days a week
- Collaborative and adaptable in a busy environment
- Exceptional communication skills, willing and proactive attitude.
- Commitment to client service and working with diverse stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly MS Word and Excel
