**About the Company**
Our client is a membership based Not-for-Profit organisation located outside of the CBD. Dedicated to making a difference to family's lives, they are seeking outgoing, personable, and experienced administrator to join their small team on a permanent basis. _Training and support will be provided._
**About the Role**
Reporting to the Executive Manager, Events Manager and Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answer all incoming calls
- Managing the company's social media
- Providing support with the company's communications and website
- Meeting and greeting all visitors
- Providing Member support
- Coordinate board travel
- Provide general administration support as required.
- Assist in the co-ordination and organisation of quarterly board meetings, conferences, meetings, and events.
- Excellent IT skills
**Skills & Experience**
You will be an experienced administrator
You will have experience within a NFP organisation (desired not essential)
You will have experience with member support (desirable not essential)
You will have exposure or an understanding of Mailchimp or Canva, social media
You will have outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
You will have excellent interpersonal skills
You will have excellent attention to detail
