**About the Role**
This is an outstanding opportunity for an enthusiastic, hardworking professional to join our dynamic Head Office team in Melbourne. You will be the frontline contact for all visitors and inbound calls to O’Brien Group Australia Head Office. In addition, you will support the team with administrative support and other duties as required.
**About You**
You will be a flexible, hardworking, and individual with a positive can-do attitude. In addition, you will have outstanding customer service skills and an excellent phone manner. Highly developed communication skills are crucial, as communicating and coordinating with members of staff at all levels of the organisation is a major part of the role.
You will have excellent skills in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and be well organised, detail orientated with an eagerness to learn new skills.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Responsible for telephone and in-person inquiries, including meeting and greeting guests, taking messages, and arranging courier services as required.
- Collecting and dispatching incoming and outgoing mail.
- Create meeting agendas and record minutes for meetings where required.
- Ensure the kitchen is tidy and well stocked.
- Contribute to a safe workplace and abide by Work Health and Safety requirements.
- Provide administration support with our Payroll and Human Resources departments.
- General administration support when required from Executive Team.
- Oversee all office administration requirements, including monitoring and ordering stationery and office supplies.
- Scanning, faxing, photocopying, and filing duties.
- Represent the Company in a positive manner expounding the values, ethics, and pride always.
- Ensure that all information is kept confidential unless otherwise advised.
