Brisbane, Australia Queensland Police Service Full time

**The core capability requirements for this role are**:

- Prioritise incoming correspondence, determine action officers and deadlines, and ensure the timely receipt of draft Ministerial responses utilising computerised correspondence tracking system.
- Record Ministerial correspondence on computerised records management system and prepare regular status and statistical reports
- Manage an effective correspondence filing system.
- Liaise with staff and officers at all levels within the QPS and its business partners to ensure the efficient processing of Ministerial correspondence.
- Prepare Ministerial acknowledgement letters.
- Advise and consult with internal and external clients regarding office administrative procedures and requests, including confidential issues.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative support services to deliver a timely and quality service.
