Purpose of Position:
The purpose of this position involves ensuring the smooth operation of the WEP office and providing comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director and the management team. This includes managing all administrative tasks, diary management, and support activities, as well as assisting with additional administrative duties as identified by the Managing Director.

This includes managing all administrative tasks, diary management, and support activities, as well as assisting with additional administrative duties as identified by the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities: -Provide daily administration services and support to the Managing Director and team as needed. -Support the Managing Director and Executive with management accounts and reporting systems. -Establish a national timeline calendar with all Winning Edge named races and appearances, developing a comprehensive diary for all staff attendees. -Implement efficient and time-managed processes and procedures for the Managing Director's office operations. -Assist in the preparation of month-end accounts in conjunction with the Managing Director, as directed by the Managing Director. -Adhere to business systems and procedures, including OH&S protocols. -Liaise with outside suppliers as required. -Assist the Managing Director by attending to guests when needed. -Provide reception relief and support in other business areas as required. -Maintain updated customer and supplier databases. -Support Production staff as required including with assembly, showroom sales and provide sales advice as needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
