**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Being efficient working with Microsoft Office
- Stock purchases with suppliers
- Monthly reconciliation of supplier invoices & accounts
- Assisting with paperwork & compliance for trailer Clients
- Overseeing the day to day running of ecommerce processing
- Assisting the General Manager & Director with general administration & sales tasks

**To Excel in this role, you will ideally have**:

- Excellent attention to detail, to be able to work efficiently unsupervised
- The ability to coordinate & manage various tasks & make decisions
- Experience with MS Office & Xero
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication & inter-personal skills & be a team player
- A positive can-do attitude & a desire to learn other aspects of the business

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Annual bonus

Work Location: One location
