They are a major supplier to the NSW/Sydney construction market and over the decades have become a trusted household name and established major player in the building materials supplier sector.
Join our clients supportive, innovative, experienced, and established team in NSW. Focus on servicing their key accounts and providing fantastic customer service to their customers.
Due to continued growth they now require a Specification Representative to assist their key accounts and support the Sydney branch. You will inherit established key accounts from the sales manager and promote their premium architectural ranges. This position focuses on their decorative range. Full product training and inhouse technical support is provided.

Manage existing relationships and develop new business across the State. You will be the face of the brand and company
This role involves networking and getting in front of all decision makers within A&D practices across New South Whales. You will have a passion for design, proactive with your approach to sales and specifications.
This is a relationship based selling position and our client prides themselves on their commitment and customer service to clients. You will be setting up appointments and calling on clients to make sure they are up to date with products and supported throughout their projects.
You are measured on strong relationships formed with clients and specifications, rather than sales. It's a team effort and their team will ensure you are set up for success and a long-term successful career with us. You will have excitement for bringing projects to life and building relationships within the industry.

**Skills & Experience**
We are seeking applicants who can demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Strong presentation skills, friendly, approachable & outgoing personality.
- Experience in the decorative materials market is highly desired but not essential.
- Experience in building & construction product sales, as well as experience dealing with some, or all, of the sectors mentioned above.
- Proven track record in sales and building strong relationships.
- Interior design passion and colour matching skills.
- Self-motivated and the ability to plan your own diary and weeks.
- Active listener and able to build rapport with key decision makers.
- Stable track record of employment and desire to move into a long-term career role.
- Interior Design qualifications is highly desired.
- Previous specification experience is highly desired.
- Knowledge, contacts and relationships within the Architecture, Design and Building market is highly desired.
The salary package is negotiable based on experience plus a company vehicle, tolls, and e-tag. This role is available immediately for the right calibre of professional.
