We have an exciting new opportunity for an innovative and engaging individual to join the team and be our new Marketing & Events Manager for this exciting recently developed property in the heart of Tech Central, no two days will be the same. You will be accountable for all aspects of this business centre to ensure the best customer experience.**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Engaging with your neighbourhood community of tech start-ups and scale-ups to market unique spaces, and define it’s uses with, and for the most creative and innovative minds of Australia.
- Curating inspiring brand-new leading-edge event, meeting, co-working and experience spaces, where creative professionals come to connect, socialise and discover.
- Collaborating with the award-winning CBRE management team to deliver sophisticated, creative and seamless events for the precinct’s customers.
- Develop productive and strategic relationships with the property’s tenant partners and the neighbouring eco system of caterers, AV specialists, florists, mixologists, stylists, and creatives.
- Work with agencies to develop marketing collateral and materials to target this vibrant precinct.
- Of course, there is all the usual admin and reporting that keeps us on track and motivated.

This exciting new role will be dynamic and rewarding for an events, marketing, and hospitality superstar, with a sound knowledge of everything required behind the scenes, and a personality to engage, and make every event memorable**About you**:

- Experience in marketing, hospitality, or event management
- Demonstrable confidence in communication having the ability to build effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders
- Customer service focus and performance outcome orientation with all colleagues and at all levels
- Logical and analytical thought process with excellent time management and organisational skills to manage workflow and priorities
- High level computer literacy
- Well networked in the tech industry a bonus
