Are you passionate about supporting families experiencing vulnerability? Do you thrive in an environment where you are able to mentor other professionals to create positive change? Hume City Council are looking for an Access to Early Learning Facilitator.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide outreach support to families in their homes to strengthen the home learning environment and to identify and address barriers to accessing funded Kindergarten programs.

**About You**

As a Access to Early Learning Facilitator your responsibility, skills and qualifications are but not limited to:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work or Early Years with substantial recent, relevant experience including having a robust understanding of and/or have worked extensively using the VEYLDF.
- Demonstrated substantial understanding and experience working with Victorian Child Protection, the Orange Door and the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 (CYFA) including the Best Interest Framework for vulnerable children and youth with the proven ability to work with diverse families.
- Demonstrated ability to gain cooperation and engagement with vulnerable families whilst respectfully managing the expectations of a range of diverse stakeholders.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in building workforce capacity and supporting change management with work practice and system change.
