**The opportunity**

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to join our Investment Team and support activities related to a planned fund merger. In this** 6 month fixed term contract role,** you'll be responsible for administering legal and contractual agreements, handling investment service provider invoicing, and supporting Investments through tasks like running reports, reconciling data, and managing documents. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a high-performing team and contribute to critical projects.

As a key contributor reporting to the Business Lead, you will play an active role in planning activities and providing administrative support to our investments team. This dynamic role allows you to leverage your resourcefulness and proactive approach while managing multiple stakeholders and priorities. You will add value by supporting the Investments team with the following tasks:

- Coordinate team meetings including associated documentation and planning.
- Assist with preparation of board and committee papers.
- Prepare presentations for internal and external purposes.
- Support the Investments Operations team which could involve booking travel, producing agendas, taking minutes, reconciling data and generating reports.
- Assist with management of due diligence records and documentation across the Investment program including manager reporting and procedure documentation.
- Support the team’s work towards the planned fund merger through administration of investment legal documents and agreements.

This is a great opportunity for an efficient coordinator with a strong administrative and customer centric background. Strong written and verbal communication skills, an ability to manage multiple priorities as well as a team player mentality are essential to thriving in this fast-paced role.

Additionally, the successful applicant will be a self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude and possess the following skills:

- Professional experience in financial services (investments experience highly regarded) or willingness to learn about superannuation products and services.
- Confident and professional phone manner with proven customer service or office administration experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to connect and develop good relationships.
- Proven organisational and time management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail
