FHR are proud to be working in an exclusive partnership with a high-profile client seeking an experienced, hands-on House Manager in St Kilda.

**The Role**

As the live in, House Manager, your primary role will be to ensure the family home is maintained and all coordination of day-to-day running is kept unobtrusive, as well as warm and welcoming.

You will be required to live onsite and to be comfortable with working in a scheduled environment and be flexible in your approach with understanding and flexibility.

As this role is a lived in postion, the role requires no dependancies, inclsuing, but not limited to minors, pets or other depenancies that may inhibat the living arrangements for the care and support of this family.

You will be an all-rounder at organising, planning, and staying on top of this household. Tasks will include complete responsibility for upkeep of the family's home, ordering and tracking deliveries, running errands, and driving.

You will have a natural love for cooking and wonderful ability to work with within a highly organized and detailed environment. In sum, you will ensure that every aspect of the family's household always runs efficiently and effectively.
- Duties of the role however, not limited to;_
- Regular regime of daily and weekly cleaning to the specified standard detailed by the Executive House Manager of both homes including (not an exhaustive list):

- Bedrooms - changing of bed linen in the home specifically; and removal of rubbish, and tidying of bedrooms
- Bathrooms maintained to a high standard of cleanliness (baths, showers, toilets and vanities all cleaned along with floors) with all rubbish removed and supplies replenished and all used linen removed to laundry
- Kitchen maintained to a high standard of cleanliness with all rubbish removed, benches, cupboards and surfaces cleaned and well maintained
- Cleaning and tidying up the home after dinner parties/events, and where required co-ordinating the services of other providers to do so (i.e., usual gardener/window cleaners etc.)
- Cooking and assisting with family participants and their cooking

You will have a positive demeanour, be down-to-earth, flexible, and have a can-do attitude.

To be successful in this role, you will have the maturity and confidence to liaise with a wide range of people and support services. You will have solid housekeeping and domestic cleaning experience, with unquestioned honesty and integrity.

A driver's license, Working with Children clearance, and Policy Check are required, and First Aid is preferred.
