**Job Description**:
Position Summary

Reporting to the Senior Leader Product and Solutions, Real Estate, this role is responsible for the growth of all CoreLogic’s Real Estate solutions across the broader real estate market, including but not limited to the RiTA, Plezzel and any additional other acquisitions and partnership solutions. Specifically, this role will ensure the penetration of our higher end solutions to key customers and ensure that the sales executives as a team, met their solutions sales targets

The role will be responsible for setting the Australian real estate sales strategy and is a key input into the broader business achieving its revenue generation target. Through effective management of the real estate sales executive team, instilling high performance standards and nurturing key customer relationships, ensure that sales targets are met. This role will play a key position in ensuring our sales campaigns and initiatives are set effectively to ensure the achievements of the growth targets are successfully executed.

In addition, success will rely on leveraging internal stakeholder capabilities requiring effective collaboration across the business to ensure product development and innovation together with delivering great customer experiences and outcomes that will maintain CoreLogic’s market leadership position.

The role is part of the Australian Sales executive Team and approximately 7 people report to this role, based across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. The role is responsible to build and report adequate pipeline across Plezzel, RiTA, and partnership products such as Lexer and Agent Point solutions. Ensure that the team is across and trained in the CoreLogic way of selling and can articulate the value of these solutions. This role will also be instrumental in the yearly forecasting process to validate sales forecasts and targets.

Key Responsibilities of the role
- Meet the Australian real estate Annual Contract Revenue target, Revenue and customer targets broken down by the key real estate solutions, including but not limited to RiTA, plezzel and Lexer CDP.
- Provide strategic sales leadership and strategic direction for the Australian real estate business aligned with the broader organisation strategy
- Contribute for quarterly sales campaigns across RiTA, Plezzel and Lexer’s CDP in conjunction with your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets.
- Active management of the real estate sales executive team to ensure delivery of a highly productive, professional and disciplines sales outcomes including:

- Establish and drive a customer focused sales culture
- Active CRM management to monitor sales performance, customer intelligence and regular communication of research insights;
- Forensic pipeline management;
- Sales planning and forecasting;
- Drive the take up of our products (RiTA, Plezzel, CDP) from whitespace as a result of input into development and planning;
- Oversee the approval and negotiation of major deals within policy guidelines
- Maintain regular engagement with key clients identifying key points of customer feedback (‘Moments of Truth’) ensuring that these are regularly visible across CoreLogic to steer opportunities for business improvement
- Coordinate and socialise the gathering of market intelligence including monitoring competitors’ sales strategies, products, campaigns and events to optimise CoreLogic’s market share
- Liaise internal departments including Product, Marketing, Finance and Operations to ensure alignment to the sales strategy
- Weekly and periodic reporting actual performance to budget, with variance analyses and revised projections shared with all stakeholders, including the Executive Team
- Monitoring expense performance and initiating corrective action where necessary
- Travel as required to other CoreLogic office locations
