**Responsibilities**:
**About the role**

The role of our Mobile Case Management Team Manager focusses on working closely with your team of claims and return to work (RTW) experts to provide a top-tier RTW service to injured workers and employers. You’ll be a trusted leader in our Worker’s Compensation team, with a view to lead your team to success through day to day workflow and people management. GB’s Mobile Claims Management team specialises providing tailored support to injured workers and employers as requested from our wonder claims management teams. You will oversee your tea of mobile claims staff as they address barriers for returning to work with injured workers and employers by facilitating and/or attending in person meetings and worksite visits. As a Team Manager, you will directly impact the management of your teams’ day-to-day workflow, as well as upskilling, coaching and mentoring, and implementing innovative strategies to continuously improve our Eligibility function.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Managing your team's daily workflow in order to achieve an effective output and to maintain client service standards
- Providing effective and engaging leadership, coaching and feedback to staff on technical, business and performance related issues
- Working with Branch Manager to identify staff's skills and knowledge gaps and assist with the up-skilling of your team
- Working alongside your Branch Manager to develop and cultivate team morale, and an achievement and service orientated culture; ensuring a dedicated and team-based approach to the determination of claims liability
- Mentoring and coaching team members, encouraging creativity, risk-taking and continuous improvement
- Identifying any areas for improvement in Mobile RTW service provision, and implementing strategies and processes to ensure GB's services meet business and WorkSafe requirements

Qualifications:
**We’re looking for**:

- Experience within a People Manager role; outstanding leadership skills, and experience in coaching and mentoring staff is essential to your success
- In-depth knowledge of Workers Compensation legislation and the Eligibility process
- Knowledge of industry performance measures
- Experience within client management and engagement
- Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of staff and external parties
- Conflict resolution skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health and/or Tertiary qualification in appropriate field
