**About the role**:
We are looking for an experienced Program Coordinator to join our Technology team in this 2-year fixed term full time contract position. Reporting to the Shield Program Manager, Provide project-based support services for the Shield Program, with a team located across multiple sites and working from home.

**Duties**:

- Provide project-based support services for the Shield Program and associated projects. with a team located across multiple sites and working from home.
- Coordinate commercial and contractual administration, including procurement and payment for goods and services.
- Prepare and update AESCSF SP2 Maturity Dashboards and coordinate an internal assessment of gaps that have been closed by the Program.
- Coordinate document and knowledge management for the Program, including use of JIRA, Confluence, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Assist in drafting Program and Project documentation including plans, status reports, meeting minutes.

**Skills and experience**:

- Strong communication and coordination skills, to organise and improve team effectiveness.
- Self-starter who can pursue tasks independently, seeking out information and support required to successfully deliver.
- Ability to support development of a positive, open, and constructive team culture.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT based project-based administration.
- Well demonstrated organisation and administration skills.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Programme Coordinator who is looking to work in a small team in a supportive, welcoming and professional environment. You will also coordinate Program and Project estimation requirements, including use of Ellipse and Oracle to develop forecast and track actual costs
