Graduate Program Coordinator to join their HR division, based in Adelaide.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an organisation that is focused on delivering successful outcomes.

The Role:


This exciting and dynamic role will be responsible for coordinating the Graduate Program and HR activities while supporting the HR Manager to implement contemporary HR policies, processes, programs and systems designed to improve business unit performance.


Be prepared for a fast-paced role, providing HR administrative and generalist support across the business, and in time will see you develop your HR skills through practical learning.


Responsibilities

Graduate Program Coordinator - This role will primarily focus on the graduate program coordination.

Some of the key tasks are:

  • Be the first point of call for new Joinee's.
  • Coordination of recruitment of graduates
  • Coordination of rotation of graduates internally with managers
  • Organising workshops and attending expos, uni's etc
  • Assisting with development of apprenticeship & trainee program
  • Assisting with development of HR training modules.
  • Producing reports (system based)
  • Manage the Exit Interview process.
  • Assist with other HR related functions

Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent and/or relevant experience in Human Resources
  • 2 3 years' experience in human resources or similar
  • Experience managing hr matters and handling confidential information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong, well developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • A demonstrated ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
  • Ability to create new initiatives to improve efficiencies, reduce risk and/or increase compliance
