**Continuing position available for a highly organised ELC Program Coordinator.**

The University of Adelaide English Language Centre (ELC) offers a range of General, Specialised and Academic English language programs and English teacher training services (TESOL) to the international and local market. The English language program offerings include packaged pathway, short term programs and post entry Academic English skills offerings. The ELC works closely with schools, faculties, external partners to support the University’s strategic and commercial goals.

Working under general direction, you will be responsible for the coordination, monitoring, review and development of initiatives for continuous improvement in the delivery of the various programs administered by the ELC.

You will be responsible for overseeing the effective and efficient provision of services and non-academic support to students and staff to ensure high quality program outcomes and professional administration of the more complex aspects of program delivery within the commercial context of a diverse business unit.

You will be responsible for leading a small team of professional staff and will also assist in coordinating the effective and efficient management of the ELC’s information management and program management systems, including processes and practices to maintain compliance of programs against current legislation.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Demonstrated experience in the administration and management of successful program delivery.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience working collaboratively within a team and managing a small team.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality customer service and continuous service improvement.
- Excellent organisational skills, with high level interpersonal, oral and written communication skills across a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated high level technical skills - experienced in the Microsoft office suite of products (i.e. Word, Excel and database management).
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance requirements (including ESOS and national codes)
