**Customer Service Coordinator - Casual**

**The Opportunity**

Are you ready to take on a dynamic role in the heart of logistics? We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Logistics Service Coordinator, on a casual basis, to be a key player in our growing team You will be responsible for a range of critical tasks to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of logistics services, ensuring our customers' needs are met with precision.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Actively build relationships with the key customer stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations
- Managing the shared Customer Service inbox
- Follow all service requests through to completion, communicating the customers’ requirements to all relevant internal stakeholders and communicate all exceptions to the customer
- Liaise with third party transport providers and operations regarding coordination of freight requirements
- Investigate, follow up and close non-conformance reports (NCR) in accordance with agreed procedure and timeline
- Assist in the location and preparation of freight in accordance to customer requirements to ensure delivery in a timely manner
- Liaise with operations team to ensure all ‘must travel’ freight is actioned
- Understand all relevant customer KPI’s and assist in the consistent delivery of the set targets

**Skills & Experience**
- Similar experience within the logistics or supply chain industry
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Operationally minded
- High attention to detail
- A passion for Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
