**The Opportunity**:

You will work collaboratively within the team to assist in the location and preparation of freight in accordance with customer requirements to ensure delivery in a timely manner.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Follow all service requests through to completion, communicating the customers’ requirements to all relevant internal stakeholders and communicate all exceptions to the customer
- Liaise with third party transport providers and operations regarding coordination of freight requirements
- Investigate, follow up and close non-conformance reports (NCR) in accordance with agreed procedure and timeline
- Liaise with operations team to ensure all ‘must travel’ freight is actioned

**Skills & Experience**
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
