An exciting opportunity has become available for a Junior Project Coordinator to join one of WA’s leading Office Furniture and Joinery solution providers. This important position within our Operations department will be responsible for coordinating the delivery and installation of office furniture, toilet/shower partitions, lockers, etc for a variety of projects.

We are seeking a **passionate and driven **Junior Project Coordinator with a **positive, can-do attitude, **to join our team. You will have the opportunity to join a **strong team **of **long-term employees** within a **rapidly growing**, **family owned** business.

Interia is a leading Office Furniture and Joinery solution provider which aims to provide their customers with premium quality furniture with superior choice and lead times.

It is one of 3 companies in the family owned and operated business, the other two being Cubispec Washroom Solutions and Direct Office Furniture.

Cubispec Washroom Solutions provides toilet and shower cubicles, assisting customers from the design phase through to completion.

Direct Office Furniture is a factory direct online store bringing the biggest range and best value to the Australian Office Furniture market.

**About the Role**

We all work as a team to meet our customer’s needs; this means you may be required to assist with administrative tasks across other departments. This also means we have the ability to provide variety within our roles and encourage internal growth and progression.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Act as an internal representative for clients, available to answer queries, report progress, communicate updated ETA's and provide a high level of customer service.
- Assist with the preparation of relevant documents, including, JSA, SWMS, etc.
- Efficiently use and maintain project management software.
- Assist with the achievement and maintenance of team KPI targets for quality, safety, productivity and efficiency.
- Travel to sites and other business locations.
- Conduct site measures.
- Assist with the effective hand over between stages and ensure all project management activities are completed in an orderly, efficient and professional manner.
- Oversee assembly and placement of completed products on site and ensure quality standards are met.
- Report defects and assist with rectifying them.
- Use of hand tools where required.
- Read ad interpret plan drawings.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Project Management qualifications/experience (desirable).
- Valid Driver’s license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Attention to detail, flexible and innovative.

This is a Full-time position, 38 hours a week. Our operating days are Monday to Friday.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

- Kewdale, WA 6105: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project coordination: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- White Card (preferred)
