**The Role**
We are looking for a dynamic individual who wants to develop their project skills and grow with our organisation.
The Project Coordinator is a pivotal role in the support of our projects across our Stand Alone Power Systems Renewables scope and will support the Project Manager so that we can meet our contractual obligations in accordance with Pacific Energy policies and procedures.
This role will include the administration of resource management, financials as well as communications, safety measures, risk management and quality control.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage projects performance,
- Multitask and prioritise project activities.
- Monitor and reporting on work in progress.
- Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Define and document project scope and resource requirements.
- Monitoring timelines for deliverables
- Facilitate and participate in meetings.
- Document, manage, and report risks.
- Prepare and deliver month end invoicing.
- Subcontractor management.
**About You**:
- Project coordination experience
- MS Office suite experience with proficiency in Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including client facing experience.
- Manage deliverables from multiple stakeholders.
- Understand budgets and financial control
- High level of coordination and organisation experience
