At MJD we are proud to be working with an outstanding fintech company looking to hire a Head of People Success. This is a truly
**STAND-OUT** opportunity where you will be
**people-orientated** and have a strong ability to
**develop** and
**nurture relationships**. We are looking for a GUN HR Professional with a proven track record of providing generalist HR support in a fast-paced environment.

**This role reports directly to the CEO** and you will be a
**vital** AND
**influential** member of the leadership team working as a true
**Business Partner **to all managers in the business to support employee growth and develop their people to be the best versions of themselves both
**professionally and personally.**

**In this role you excel in**:

- Coordinating the end-to-end employee life cycle process such as onboarding, offboarding, training, inductions, performance management, remuneration reviews, and engagement surveys.
- Champion company culture and develop strategies
- Maintain Human Resource policies and procedures
- Advocating cultural initiatives with other leaders in the business
- Be the first point of communication for payroll-related queries.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process
- Provide advice, coaching, feedback, and support to management
- Ideally 5 years’ experience in a similar HR role
- Excellent coaching skills
- Proactive, organized, and people-focused approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
