Join our clients highly successful organisation in the North Brisbane area and take on a pivotal role as an Operations Manager/Department Head.

With a proven track record of excellence, you will oversee a team of 15 professionals and manage over 1000 managements.

Your primary responsibilities will include setting and monitoring KPIs for staff, ensuring compliance, and ensuring the smooth operation of the division.


Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management: Lead and manage a dedicated team, providing guidance, setting KPIs, and fostering a highperformance culture.
  • Technology: Leverage our clients cuttingedge inhouse technology to streamline processes, optimize efficiency, and enhance productivity.
  • Property Management Team: Oversee and support the property management staff and administrative team, promoting collaboration and success.
  • Senior Landlord Communication: Serve as a point of contact for seniorlevel landlord matters (potential complaints etc), delivering exceptional service and addressing their needs.

Property Manager:
Offer assistance and expertise to the Property Manager in resolving any departmental challenges or issues.

Requirements:

  • Extensive Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of Property Management experience, including staff management responsibilities.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate exceptional people skills, fostering positive relationships with staff, landlords, and clients.
  • Effective Communication: Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear and concise interaction.
  • Current Certificate of Registration: Hold a valid certificate of registration, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
