**Overview**

The Digital team provides several of Australia’s most significant superannuation funds with member portals built on Sitecore. We offer clients analytics and tag management using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4. This role will support the growing demand for our Sitecore and analytics offerings. As the Digital Analytics and Configuration Analyst, you will manage our Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Additionally, you will support our Configuration team with Sitecore content management and configuration. You will work closely with our development, client, and analytics teams to ensure seamless integration and servicing of our Digital products.

**Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities
**Technical**:

- Own and maintain our Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, including Admin access.
- Create and maintain GTM containers, tags, triggers, and variables for multiple sites and forms.
- Define data layers and collaborate with developers to implement and test.
- Implement and maintain third-party tags and triggers (Meta, Linkedin, etc).
- Ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to set up and test tracking.
- Troubleshoot and resolve GTM and GA4 issues.
- Identify opportunities for optimisation and implement improvements.
- Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and strategy.Manage content and templates, layouts, and modules within Sitecore..

**Experience & Personal Attributes **Required**:

- Certification and first-hand experience managing GTM and GA4, including Admin access.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 dashboard/report creation.
- Thorough understanding of debugging in GTM and GA4.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
- Some experience with Sitecore, or similar enterprise, CMS configuration and management.
- Knowledge of the Digital Software Development Lifecycle, specifically the development and testing stages.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to effectively liaise with internal colleagues and external clients.
