An excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service professional with exceptional customer service skills, and experience in a B2B environment to join a global company in their South-Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne office.

Reporting to the Services Manager and working closely with the Sales team, you will provide customer satisfaction and exceed expectations through outstanding customer service. You will be primarily responsible for servicing an existing client base, managing client expectations and delivering outcomes by providing tailored solutions.

**The Role**:

- Providing customer service to existing B2B client base
- Sales Support to Business Managers and Technical Sales
- Order processing
- Maintain stock levels

**The Person & Skills Required**:

- B2B customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Competent computer skills
- Able to work to deadlines
- Wine industry knowledge looked upon favourably
