This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property & Commercial Manager to join Gallagher AU to lead the Property team. Key responsibilities include:
- Direct management of Commercial property portfolio across Australia
- Positioning and protecting property investments and leasing, ensuring profitability through professional management and negotiations
- Strong stakeholder management internally with business leaders and external partners
- Manage close working relationship with Commercial real estate partners and regional businesses in ANZ
- Manage large portfolio of Branch relocations, site management, fit outs, refurbishments, branding and design ensuring each asset is maintained to a high quality of presentation
- Lead, improve and maintain a consultative network of suppliers to deliver property and facilities services
- Developing, implementing national property strategy
- Commercial and project management skills
- Financial analysis, reporting and pricing negotiations
- Working knowledge of Building Compliance AU regulations and WH&S policies
- Solutions focused mindset, ability to negotiate and collaborate with key business stakeholders
- Strong data and financial analysis skills
**What you will bring to this role?**
You will have a related degree or related property management experience. You are a strong communicator with a solutions focused mindset to negotiate and collaborate with key business stakeholders. You are a self-starter, have a commitment to quality, professionalism, confidentiality and attention to detail in all that you do.
