We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager for our Workplace Relations and Partnering team, a critical leadership role within our organisation and the broader People, Safety, and Culture (PSC) team. This role provides high-level advice, recommendations, and initiatives related to workplace relations while leading a team of PSC Partners and Talent Advisors.
In this diverse and influential position, you will ensure the effective implementation of people-related policies, processes, and frameworks by PSC partners. Your responsibilities will encompass a full range of people-related functions, including talent acquisition, employment conditions, industrial agreements, and compliance with Fair Work and other relevant instruments and regulations. You will collaborate with leaders to offer advice, support, and coaching to achieve organisational outcomes, while also working closely with employees and unions to embed best practices in line with agreements.
As the **Manager Workplace Relations and Partnering**, you will leverage your professional expertise to recommend and implement business solutions and identify opportunities for improving workplace practices. You will work closely with key business partners to review and ensure current practices are compliant and effective.
The role will have the full support of the Chief of People Experience and is a key leadership role within the organisation.
