**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
If you can turn an event into an occasion, a workspace into a wonderland, and a lunch break into a culinary delight, we want you As our Workplace Experience Manager, you'll define and lead delivery of an exceptional workplace experience blending engagement and activation events, workplace amenities and services along with hospitality and culinary delights through our onsite café “The Beckley”. While your primary location focus will be our Global Support Centre in Geelong you will partner with our Avalon DC and Supre (Chadstone office) locations to enable their workplace experiences.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Build and deliver a workplace experience that people talk about**:
- Set the strategic direction for the workplace experience.
- Define and implement an exciting calendar that enhances engagement and team connection Make our support centre the place to be with a variety of interactions strategically placed throughout the year, with just the right balance of activations and moments to connect.
**Design and Creation**:
- Develop campus events that make our vibe the envy of Geelong. From smaller get-together's, team huddles and events through to our infamous annual team event Incorporate music, digital content, environmental enhancements, and outfits that make us say, "Why didn’t I think of that?"
**Culinary Creations and Food Philosophy and Operations**:
- Oversee the team to deliver a nourishing food philosophy through effective operations at the Beckley, drive service excellence
- Govern P&L and operational excellence
- Ensure strict adherence to VGLCC house policy and culinary standards.
- Manage Liquor license Oversee and direct The Beckley at Home and Provedore experiences.
**Campus Movement and Floor Management**:
- Orchestrate campus movement requests and ensure our environment looks amazing always Juggle approvals, floor plans, and communicate with facility operations like a pro.
**Stakeholder Engagement**:
- Support key stakeholders in driving workplace engagement initiatives. You'll be able to partner with anyone well from our founders, senior executives and our team of wonderful executive assistants - you appreciate all groups of people in our workplace
- Collaborate on orchestrating and integrating wellness programs and childcare facilities into the workplace experience calendar
- Strong Collaboration with our internal and external stakeholders, you will be skilled at representing our business and its operations with our partners across sustainability, facility management and operations
- Managing suppliers and negotiating best rates for work and ensuring delivery in full of all contracted services. You will actively build and maintain a network that enables the workplace experience.**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Events, or equivalent.
- Proven workplace experience management or similar role, event management customer experience and services will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills - you value the details in all that you do.
- Commercially astute - you know the value of experiences and services; you can confidently negotiate and manage suppliers and you are adept at budgeting and P&L management.
- A natural collaborator - you can rally a team against a goal and lead them to execute with excellence. Team management and leadership skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**OUR CULTURE**
