Job Description

This dynamic role requires a seasoned professional to support the development of strategic market access plans, ensuring alignment with overall commercial strategy. You will:

  • Manage all public and private reimbursement & pricing submissions and reviews
  • Prepare and assist in the preparation of economic and clinical sections of reimbursement and pricing submissions
  • Coordinate local, regional, and global resourcing and support
  • Engage key external experts and subject matter specialists for input on reimbursement, pricing, and access strategies
  • Develop and implement national tender strategy and coordinate national, state, and hospital tender submissions

You will work closely with the General Manager to achieve these objectives, representing the AU business at a regional and global platform. This role offers a lucrative salary package, including benefits such as annual leave and superannuation.

As a successful applicant, you'll possess:

  • A demonstrated track record in developing and securing government and private reimbursement
  • Minimum 4 years' related experience within the pharmaceutical industry or relevant consulting or other payer experience
  • In-depth knowledge of HTA and pricing submissions, including economic modeling and meta-analyses
  • A deep understanding of the Australian Healthcare System and Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme
  • The ability to identify major issues in healthcare policy, health economics, pharmaco-economics, pricing, and health management
